- Advocates can help access services based on unique situation & need, such as transportation, phone cards, obtaining a State ID, food banks, DSHS benefit applications, and job search.
- Housing support may include housing search, referral to a shelter, temporary housing, or rapid/immediate housing, depending on the client's circumstances.
- Refers to Okanogan Behavioral Healthcare or online counseling for mental health support.
- Connects clients to criminal/legal support and services, such as defense attorneys, Northwest Immigrant Rights Project, or Northwest Justice Project.
- Parenting support includes baby items, free books, referrals to child services, and more.
- Bilingual tutoring is available on site.

Services may include short-term case management, onsite primary care, access to medical, mental health, and substance abuse treatment, and access to VA housing programs, including Grant and Per Diem program, HUD/VASH, Veterans Recovery House and Supportive Service for Veteran Families (SSVF) if found eligible. These grants do not provide immediate assistance, are sometimes one-time, and may include case management. Help with finding market rate or subsidized housing or linkage to community housing programs. Assistance with expediting VA Benefit claims and access to employment programs such as Supported Employment, Veterans Reintegration program, and State employment. Families who participate are put on a 90-day program and if further assistance is needed, families can receive After Service Care; however, average exit time is 60 days. - Chronic Illness (HIV/Hep C – Newly Dealing/Newly Diagnosed)
Peer coaches are individually matched with people seeking support in their recovery. The matched pair meets for one hour per week for 26 weeks.
Coaches are individuals in recovery who have reached long-term stability.
Peer Employment Connections
Offers weekly peer support groups that support participants to address fears and barriers about returning to work or work through obstacles they are encountering in their job.
Offers vocational assessments, job search tools, resume building, interview preparation, coaching, benefits planning, employment-related clothing and transportation support, and ongoing support for job retention.
Resource Connections
Offers individualized support to identify and access a range of community resources such as housing or medical care.
Participants meet one-to-one with a peer to help make the linkages to essential supports.
