Provides a wide range of services to help families with children who are homeless or at risk of being homeless find stability. Helps families work towards their goals by locating resources, providing job and educational support, assisting with financial planning, and helping to locate affordable housing. Families who participate are put on a 90-day program and if further assistance is needed, families can receive After Service Care; however, average exit time is 60 days. Assists with the following: family shelter, budget courses, case management, parenting life skills, job search, and education support.

- Refers to Okanogan Behavioral Healthcare or online counseling for mental health support.
- Connects clients to criminal/legal support and services, such as defense attorneys, Northwest Immigrant Rights Project, or Northwest Justice Project.
- Parenting support includes baby items, free books, referrals to child services, and more.
- Bilingual tutoring is available on site.

Services may include short-term case management, onsite primary care, access to medical, mental health, and substance abuse treatment, and access to VA housing programs, including Grant and Per Diem program, HUD/VASH, Veterans Recovery House and Supportive Service for Veteran Families (SSVF) if found eligible. These grants do not provide immediate assistance, are sometimes one-time, and may include case management. Help with finding market rate or subsidized housing or linkage to community housing programs.
