Provides extended school day programs (with limited transportation) at every elementary school in Skagit County.  Homework completion, tutoring, literacy, enrichment activities and recreation are included in this state certified program.

Helps prepare low-income and/or first-generation Seattle high school youth for post-secondary education through academic instruction and tutoring, academic and personal counseling, life skills and leadership development, career exploration and planning, college application assistance, financial aid workshops and college tours. Also requires a six-week summer academic program at Seattle University with high school credit available.

Youth Programs provide a wide variety of services to low-income in-school (ages 14-21) and out-of-school (ages 16-24) youth to help them succeed in school and work. Services include: -  Tutoring and homework help -  Youth-led interest groups for increase community involvement -  Parent advocacy to involve and educate families -  Outreach to schools -  Tracking of student progress and grades -  Ongoing support and mentorship to youth -  Special workshops and educational events   Also offers a summer program to keep students engaged in learning.
