The Tribe operates the Jamestown Family Health Clinic in the City of Sequim to provide primary health care services to Tribal citizens and non tribal community members seeking quality care. The medical providers at the clinic have a number of specialties including preventative care for all ages, disease management for chronic medical conditions, women's health issues, family planning, and can refer to specialists as needed.

Peninsula Community Health Services (PCHS) is a community based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive health care services to residents of Kitsap County. Offers quality low-cost care for children and adults. Services include physical examinations, immunizations, family planning, nutrition assistance and diagnosis and treatment of common ailments, mental health counseling, pharmacy, and health education and promotion activities. Provides suboxone based opiate replacement therapy for clients with opiate use disorder as clinically appropriate.

Services include: - Acute Care: Consists of pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients; caters to patients requiring assessment, diagnostic testing, and medical interventions to maintain or restore optimum levels of functioning; patients with cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, respiratory, metabolic/endocrine, musculoskeletal, and limited psychiatric diagnosis; and certified bed and rehab. - Post-Acute Rehabilitation: Physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical nursing services, and social services. - Specialized infusions: Remicade infusions, IVIG infusions, IV antibiotic infusions, medication injections, port flushes, and wound management. - Rehabilitation: neck and back pain, arthritis and muscular pain, sports related injuries, joint replacement, chronic pain conditions, stroke and other neurological conditions, difficulties with speech and swallowing, stress relief, overuse syndromes, and gait and balance disorders. - Laboratory Services - Radiology, EKG, & Bone Densitometry Services

Offers ongoing medical care to clinic patients and enrolls new patients. Current patients can additionally access behavioral health and social work services. Provides confidential screening, treatment and counseling for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV.   Family Planning, Reproductive Health Care & Women's Health Primary medical care providers, family medicine pregnancy care physicians, and midwives provide a number of reproductive health and women’s health care, including: -  Birth control counseling and prescriptions -  Regular gynecological exams -  Pregnancy testing -  Sexual health   Gender-affirming Care Medical care providers can prescribe and help patients manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for female to male and male to female. They can also make referrals to transition-related services including gender confirmation surgeries and non-surgical services such as hair removal.

Also offers a Nurse Advice Line available 24 hours daily.

Provides medical, dental, and behavioral health services targeted to people experiencing homelessness. Services are offered at all YNHS clinics, and at selected shelters/homeless provider in Yakima.  Outreach services, medical respite care, transitional, and permanent supportive housing available.

Provides a variety of services specifically for the LGBTQ2+ community, including gender-affirming care (initiation and maintenance of hormone therapy and referrals to gender-affirming care specialists), behavioral health providers with specialized training in LGBTQ2+ care, assistance with legal ID changes through the county, DMV, and passports, reproductive health care and STI screening.
