Provides a variety of services specifically for the LGBTQ2+ community, including gender-affirming care (initiation and maintenance of hormone therapy and referrals to gender-affirming care specialists), behavioral health providers with specialized training in LGBTQ2+ care, assistance with legal ID changes through the county, DMV, and passports, reproductive health care and STI screening.

Offers comprehensive health services, including preventive health exams, acute care visits, and referrals for other community resources. Has staff to help clients or general public enroll in DSHS programs, and health insurance, both Washington Apple and the Health Care Exchange. Screens for Take Charge program which covers sexual/reproductive health related services including birth control, emergency contraception, sterilization for both men and women, and education and supplies for contraceptives, natural family planning and abstinence.

Provides confidential screening, treatment and counseling for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV.   Family Planning, Reproductive Health Care & Women's Health Primary medical care providers, family medicine pregnancy care physicians, and midwives provide a number of reproductive health and women’s health care, including: -  Birth control counseling and prescriptions -  Regular gynecological exams -  Pregnancy testing -  Sexual health   Gender-affirming Care Medical care providers can prescribe and help patients manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for female to male and male to female. They can also make referrals to transition-related services including gender confirmation surgeries and non-surgical services such as hair removal.

Offers diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, family planning, routine physical examinations and family medicine.   Offers mental health counseling. Laboratory services are available.  Also offers diabetes education. Refers to specialty, laboratory and diagnostic testing services and treatment when appropriate. Pharmacy services including mail order refills is available on site at all locations, except Renton.

Operates a full-service inpatient and outpatient medical center with a 24-hour emergency room, diagnostic imaging, emergency and trauma services, family birthing center, gastroenterology, general cardiology, infusion services, internal medicine, nephrology, oncology and hematology (cancer clinic), pediatrics, podiatry, pulmonary function testing, and general surgery services.

Operates a drop-in center for homeless adults. Offers navigation assistance for housing resources and case management. Limited bus tickets available. Free Wi-Fi and local phone usage. Operation meal service supplies two meals lunch and dinner M-F, Saturday dinner only. Can sometimes offer transportation assistance to re-unite individuals to family. A medical doctor visits the center three days per week to assist with wound care, consultation and referrals for medical care. Serves as a cooling center during hot weather. Other services provided include behavioral health evaluations, routine health exams, colorectal and prostate cancer detection, newborn/infant screenings, pediatric care, and extensive sports physicals. Additionally, provides care customized to the unique needs of older adults, including Medicare annual wellness visits.

Peninsula Community Health Services (PCHS) is a community based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive health care services to residents of Kitsap County. Offers quality low-cost care for children and adults. Services include physical examinations, immunizations, family planning, nutrition assistance and diagnosis and treatment of common ailments, mental health counseling, pharmacy, and health education and promotion activities. Provides suboxone based opiate replacement therapy for clients with opiate use disorder as clinically appropriate.
