The program covers one annual exam for women and birth control (including tubal ligation for women and vasectomy for men) for one full year. We may be able to help with Apple Health application.

Visits are personalized to meet individual needs.

Physical examination including pap smears and pelvic exams; education on all FDA approved contraceptive methods; counseling on risk reduction; and contraception for men and women who wish to avoid unintended pregnancy. Pregnancy testing and emergency contraception also available.  Information and application assistance for Family Planning only, a state and federally funded (Medicaid) program providing family planning services (including free birth control) to women and men in Washington state. Minors that do not want their parents to know they are using birth control may apply for Family Planning Only.  Their parents' insurance will not be billed.
