Peninsula Community Health Services (PCHS) is a community based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive health care services to residents of Kitsap County. Offers quality low-cost care for children and adults. Services include physical examinations, immunizations, family planning, nutrition assistance and diagnosis and treatment of common ailments, mental health counseling, pharmacy, and health education and promotion activities. Provides suboxone based opiate replacement therapy for clients with opiate use disorder as clinically appropriate.

Offers primary health care for the entire family, including OB and pediatric services at multiple sites. Some locations offer Ear, Nose, and Throat services.

Service is provided for low income people and people who are uninsured or underinsured. No one is denied care due to inability to pay.

Provides pregnancy services, including confidential -  Pregnancy testing - Viability ultrasound -  Limited STI screening -  Medical consultation -  Information regarding all pregnancy options. Faith-based program does not provide abortion referrals.

Services are offered at all YNHS clinics, and at selected shelters/homeless provider in Yakima.  Outreach services, medical respite care, transitional, and permanent supportive housing available.

Provides cervical cancer (pap smear and HPV test), breast cancer and testicular cancer exams and other physical exams relating to reproductive health. Provides PrEP services.  PrEP is a daily medication that is highly effective at preventing HIV. Provides DoxyPEP, a medication to prevent gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis after unprotected sex. Services provided are pregnancy testing, prenatal care, delivery and postnatal care, obstetrical ultrasound, pap tests, general gynecological services, prenatal education, family planning education, and newborn exams.

Provides birth control information and methods, pregnancy tests and referrals, STD information and testing.   The FPO Program (formerly Take Charge) covers birth control/family planning services for women, men and teens in Washington State. The program covers one annual exam for women and birth control (including tubal ligation for women and vasectomy for men) for one full year. We may be able to help with Apple Health application.
