Provides birth control information and methods, pregnancy tests and referrals, STD information and testing.   The FPO Program (formerly Take Charge) covers birth control/family planning services for women, men and teens in Washington State. The program covers one annual exam for women and birth control (including tubal ligation for women and vasectomy for men) for one full year. We may be able to help with Apple Health application.

Minors that do not want their parents to know they are using birth control may apply for Family Planning Only.  Their parents' insurance will not be billed. Sexually transmitted disease testing and treatment, HIV testing, blood herpes testing, testing for UTI infections and HPV immunizations services available. Provides suboxone based opiate replacement therapy for clients with opiate use disorder as clinically appropriate.

Offers Physical exams and lab tests, pregnancy testing and discussion of your options, a wide variety of birth control methods, Plan B emergency contraception ("Morning After Pill") available, HIV/STD counseling and testing; education and information, and referral to other community resources and services. All services provided are confidential and available on a sliding fee scale. Women's health care nurse practitioners and other health care providers give the care.
