Pregnancy testing and emergency contraception also available.  Information and application assistance for Family Planning only, a state and federally funded (Medicaid) program providing family planning services (including free birth control) to women and men in Washington state. Minors that do not want their parents to know they are using birth control may apply for Family Planning Only.  Their parents' insurance will not be billed. We also provide services on a sliding fee scale.
