Primary Care Medical Clinic serving low income patients and uninsured individuals as well as insured, specializing in prevention health, maternity, and management of chronic disease. Services can include: - family medicine, - obstetrics, - internal medicine, - adolescent care, - acute care, - geriatrics, - physical exams, - family planning, - in-house laboratory services. Health Education can include individual and group education programs that cover: - diabetes and asthma self-management education; - high blood pressure; - cholesterol; - smoking cessation; - basic weight management; - HIV pre- and post-test counseling; - Sexually Transmitted Infections information and more.
