New Horizons partners with NeighborCare Clinic to provide a medical clinic once a week.   Youth and young adults can receive help with medical needs such as the following: -  Acute and chronic health concerns -  Injuries and wound care -  Physical exams -  STD testing and treatment -  Birth control and pregnancy testing - Gender affirming care - Connection to behavioral health care

Provides pregnancy testing and emergency contraception to those that visit in person during service hours.  Also provides additional birth control methods by appointment.   Some birth control methods require a physical exam.  Also offers fertility awareness education.   If pregnancy test is positive, provides pregnancy options education.

Provides birth control exams and supplies, sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment, pregnancy testing and counseling, sterilization counseling and referral.

Provides the full spectrum of gynecological care, including -  Routine screenings   -  Complete obstetrical care for low- and high-risk pregnancies -  STD testing -  Contraceptives -  Postmenopausal health -  Gynecologic cancer

Provides medical care for individuals from birth and up. Specialties may include family medicine, internal medicine, women's health, pediatrics, and obstetrics.

Offers an alternative high school for students who are unable to achieve success in the traditional high school program or who require a more independent course of study.   Provides a flexible scheduling with a strong emphasis on basic work and vocational skills.   A special program and nursery are provided at the school for teen-aged parents.  

Provides most types of birth control. Includes emergency contraception (Plan B) as well as IUDs and implants. Provides cervical cancer (pap smear and HPV test), breast cancer and testicular cancer exams and other physical exams relating to reproductive health. Provides pregnancy tests as well as pregnancy options counseling, which includes information about parenting, adoption, and abortion. Tests for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV. Provides PrEP services.  PrEP is a daily medication that is highly effective at preventing HIV. Provides DoxyPEP, a medication to prevent gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis after unprotected sex. Free condoms and other safer sex items.

Primary Care Medical Clinic serving low income patients and uninsured individuals as well as insured, specializing in prevention health, maternity, and management of chronic disease. Services can include: - family medicine, - obstetrics, - internal medicine, - adolescent care, - acute care, - geriatrics, - physical exams, - family planning, - in-house laboratory services. Health Education can include individual and group education programs that cover: - diabetes and asthma self-management education; - high blood pressure; - cholesterol; - smoking cessation; - basic weight management; - HIV pre- and post-test counseling; - Sexually Transmitted Infections information and more. Also offers a Nurse Advice Line available 24 hours daily.

Monitors vending machines that provide access to free, confidential overdose prevention supplies and resources including fentanyl test strips, naloxone kits, and safe sex kits.

Offers Physical exams and lab tests, pregnancy testing and discussion of your options, a wide variety of birth control methods, Plan B emergency contraception ("Morning After Pill") available, HIV/STD counseling and testing; education and information, and referral to other community resources and services. All services provided are confidential and available on a sliding fee scale. Women's health care nurse practitioners and other health care providers give the care.

Offers ongoing medical care to clinic patients and enrolls new patients. Current patients can additionally access behavioral health and social work services. Medical care includes health check-ups and screenings to help catch issues before they become serious.   Well-child checks Vaccinations Pharmacies at 5 locations Substance Use Disorder support, including Medication for Opioid Use Disorder, such as addiction to fentanyl Teams can also help take care of specific health conditions, such as high blood pressure, asthma or diabetes. Provides confidential screening, treatment and counseling for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV.   Family Planning, Reproductive Health Care & Women's Health Primary medical care providers, family medicine pregnancy care physicians, and midwives provide a number of reproductive health and women’s health care, including: -  Birth control counseling and prescriptions -  Regular gynecological exams -  Pregnancy testing -  Sexual health   Gender-affirming Care Medical care providers can prescribe and help patients manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for female to male and male to female. They can also make referrals to transition-related services including gender confirmation surgeries and non-surgical services such as hair removal.

Operates drop-in homeless youth clinics.   Offers confidential health services, including treatment for general illness, physical exams, sexually transmitted infections including HIV, mental health counseling, pregnancy testing, birth control, confidential HIV testing, injuries and gender-affirming care.   Also provides case management; helps clients enroll in ORCA Lift; offers dental care referrals; helps connect clients to PrEP.
