Peninsula Community Health Services (PCHS) is a community based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive health care services to residents of Kitsap County. Offers quality low-cost care for children and adults. Services include physical examinations, immunizations, family planning, nutrition assistance and diagnosis and treatment of common ailments, mental health counseling, pharmacy, and health education and promotion activities. Provides suboxone based opiate replacement therapy for clients with opiate use disorder as clinically appropriate.

Laboratory services are available.  Also offers diabetes education. Refers to specialty, laboratory and diagnostic testing services and treatment when appropriate. Health Education can include individual and group education programs that cover: - diabetes and asthma self-management education; - high blood pressure; - cholesterol; - smoking cessation; - basic weight management; - HIV pre- and post-test counseling; - Sexually Transmitted Infections information and more. Also offers a Nurse Advice Line available 24 hours daily.

Offers Physical exams and lab tests, pregnancy testing and discussion of your options, a wide variety of birth control methods, Plan B emergency contraception ("Morning After Pill") available, HIV/STD counseling and testing; education and information, and referral to other community resources and services.
