Peninsula Community Health Services (PCHS) is a community based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive health care services to residents of Kitsap County. Offers quality low-cost care for children and adults. Services include physical examinations, immunizations, family planning, nutrition assistance and diagnosis and treatment of common ailments, mental health counseling, pharmacy, and health education and promotion activities. Provides suboxone based opiate replacement therapy for clients with opiate use disorder as clinically appropriate.

Provides maternity case management, maternity support services, First Steps Program, assistance with breastfeeding, and childbirth education classes. Offers a comprehensive scope of health services to youth and adolescents including: -  Asthma care -  Immunizations -  Treatment of simple illnesses and injuries -  Referral and follow-up for serious illness and emergencies -  Family planning -  Physical exams -  Health education   Dental screening and services provided at some sites through portable dental equipment. In addition to addressing health care concerns, they also promote good health for a lifetime through good nutrition education, supportive relationships, and reinforcement of positive self-images. School-Based Health Centers (SBHCs) are operated by a system of community health care partners and agencies to deliver health services to schools in King County. Provides mental health services including: -  Assessments -  Counseling for mental health and substance abuse issues -  Referral to mental health, substance abuse services   In addition to addressing health care concerns, they also promote good health for a lifetime through good nutrition education, supportive relationships, and reinforcement of positive self-images. School-Based Health Centers (SBHCs) are operated by a system of community health care partners and agencies to deliver health services to schools in King County.

Provides general physical exams, smoking cessation, nutrition info, immunizations, contraception, treatment for minor illnesses, well baby care, and pregnancy testing.

Provides basic health care including: - primary medical care, - physical examinations, - immunizations, - family planning, - nutrition assistance, - radiology, - pediatrics, - internal medicine, - maternity care, - OB/GYN, - Free Pregnancy Tests - Women's Health, - HIV/AIDS care, - Behavioral health, - Smoking Cessation and - diagnosis and treatment of common ailments. Service is provided for low income people and people who are uninsured or underinsured. No one is denied care due to inability to pay.

Provides individualized programs for senior high school students who have not found success in standard programs.   Child care is available for teen parents in the morning.   Most school forms have been translated into 15 different languages.

Offers diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, family planning, routine physical examinations and family medicine.   Offers mental health counseling. Laboratory services are available.  Also offers diabetes education. Refers to specialty, laboratory and diagnostic testing services and treatment when appropriate. Pharmacy services including mail order refills is available on site at all locations, except Renton.

Provides pregnancy testing and emergency contraception to those that visit in person during service hours.  Also provides additional birth control methods by appointment.   Some birth control methods require a physical exam.  Also offers fertility awareness education.   If pregnancy test is positive, provides pregnancy options education.

Pregnant patients get one-on-one support from a Certified Community Health Worker and Registered Nurse throughout their pregnancy. Also provides education on a healthy pregnancy, and helps arrange lab work, ultrasounds, and doctor visits. Postpartum services, including support with feeding your baby, breastfeeding and breast pump support/teaching, and mental health support as well as family planning services.
