Provides confidential screening, treatment and counseling for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV.   Family Planning, Reproductive Health Care & Women's Health Primary medical care providers, family medicine pregnancy care physicians, and midwives provide a number of reproductive health and women’s health care, including: -  Birth control counseling and prescriptions -  Regular gynecological exams -  Pregnancy testing -  Sexual health   Gender-affirming Care Medical care providers can prescribe and help patients manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for female to male and male to female. They can also make referrals to transition-related services including gender confirmation surgeries and non-surgical services such as hair removal.

Offers annual wellness to help prevent disease, identify problems before they become serious and help patients learn to understand their own bodies. Visits are personalized to meet individual needs.

Provides birth control information and methods, pregnancy tests and referrals, STD information and testing.   The FPO Program (formerly Take Charge) covers birth control/family planning services for women, men and teens in Washington State. The program covers one annual exam for women and birth control (including tubal ligation for women and vasectomy for men) for one full year. We may be able to help with Apple Health application.

Provides cervical cancer (pap smear and HPV test), breast cancer and testicular cancer exams and other physical exams relating to reproductive health. Provides pregnancy tests as well as pregnancy options counseling, which includes information about parenting, adoption, and abortion. Tests for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV. Provides PrEP services.  PrEP is a daily medication that is highly effective at preventing HIV. Provides DoxyPEP, a medication to prevent gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis after unprotected sex. Free condoms and other safer sex items.
