Provides a virtual mental health program for youth and young adults. The comprehensive treatment includes group, family, and individual therapy, with 9-11 hours of treatment services each week for an average of 6-10 weeks. Specialized tracks include but are not limited to LGBTQ2+, trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use. Trauma-informed master-level clinicians use evidence-based therapy techniques, including CBT, DBT, and EMDR, as well as music, art, dance, movement, and mediation.

Provides individual, couple and family counseling to help resolve social-emotional issues and deal effectively with life events. Services provided include brief consultation, short-term intensive counseling and long-term ongoing therapy. The program is designed to increase and maintain the therapeutic gains individuals have made as patients in the hospital and to address mental health issues. It may also help prevent the need for future hospitalizations. Tailored to meet each individual’s needs and provides direction and tools that each participant can use in their daily lives. Curriculum provides life sills, abstinence-based coping skills, referral services, and peer support. This is a safe, secure environment conducive to recovery.

Compass Health provides a broad continuum of counseling services to individuals who have ongoing mental health issues and need assistance in reducing/managing symptoms and improving coping and daily living skills.  Intensity of services is based upon the needs of the individual.  Individual therapy, community support services, case management, psychiatric medication, and group services are available.
