Provides a virtual mental health program for youth and young adults. The comprehensive treatment includes group, family, and individual therapy, with 9-11 hours of treatment services each week for an average of 6-10 weeks. Specialized tracks include but are not limited to LGBTQ2+, trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use. Trauma-informed master-level clinicians use evidence-based therapy techniques, including CBT, DBT, and EMDR, as well as music, art, dance, movement, and mediation.

Interventions identify and build competencies to strengthen family functions in relationship to the individual’s identified goals. The individual may or may not be present. -  Group Therapy: services are provided to an individual in a group setting to assist them in attaining the goals described in the service plan. Mental Health Counseling services available to children ages 5-12 and adults at no charge. Counseling is provided by licensed mental health providers and clinical social workers.

Provides nine to 15 hours weekly of structured programming and therapeutic support designed specifically for women and adolescent girls facing significant anxiety and depression. Services are rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and include group therapy, individual therapy, family support and medication management. Each patient is individually assessed by DBT trained providers and reviewed by a board certified psychiatrist to determine the appropriate level of care. Clients may also participate in daily yoga, recreational therapy, art therapy, life skills and planning groups, tutoring and vocational support and meals.

The RISE program is a mental health day treatment program who are at risk for inpatient hospitalization or are being discharged from inpatient care, as well as those seeking more intense services.
