Provides structured programming and therapeutic support designed specifically for women and adolescent girls facing significant anxiety and depression including group therapy, individual therapy, family support and medication management.
Provides nine to 15 hours weekly of structured programming and therapeutic support designed specifically for women and adolescent girls facing significant anxiety and depression. Services are rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and include group therapy, individual therapy, family support and medication management. Each patient is individually assessed by DBT trained providers and reviewed by a board certified psychiatrist to determine the appropriate level of care.
Clients may also participate in daily yoga, recreational therapy, art therapy, life skills and planning groups, tutoring and vocational support and meals.

The program is a structured, therapeutic program that assists in transitioning patients from an inpatient hospital setting or a as a standalone service to a more independent life in the community as well patient’s seeking an outpatient environment.
