Provides a virtual mental health program for youth and young adults. The comprehensive treatment includes group, family, and individual therapy, with 9-11 hours of treatment services each week for an average of 6-10 weeks. Specialized tracks include but are not limited to LGBTQ2+, trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use. Trauma-informed master-level clinicians use evidence-based therapy techniques, including CBT, DBT, and EMDR, as well as music, art, dance, movement, and mediation.

The individual may or may not be present. -  Group Therapy: services are provided to an individual in a group setting to assist them in attaining the goals described in the service plan. Offers an adult only mental health facility that provides multiple services which include individual, family and group therapy, case management, Peer Support delivered by Certified Peer Counselors and Therapeutic Psychoeducation. Crisis support is provided by Therapists and Case Managers during business hours. Medication Management and Medication Monitoring services will be referred to the Lakewood office. This clinic serves all populations with accommodations needed to make the service accessible and meaningful through Mental Health Specialists and interpreters to promote recovery. Stillaguamish Tribe Behavioral Health Program offers Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment Services as well as Mental Health Services by using a combination of treatment techniques including, but not limited to: 12-step; Mental health assessment and counseling services; Group meetings; Smoking cessation; Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT).

The RISE program is a mental health day treatment program who are at risk for inpatient hospitalization or are being discharged from inpatient care, as well as those seeking more intense services. Provides a variety of services specifically for the LGBTQ2+ community, including gender-affirming care (initiation and maintenance of hormone therapy and referrals to gender-affirming care specialists), behavioral health providers with specialized training in LGBTQ2+ care, assistance with legal ID changes through the county, DMV, and passports, reproductive health care and STI screening.

Provides individual, couple and family counseling to help resolve social-emotional issues and deal effectively with life events. Services provided include brief consultation, short-term intensive counseling and long-term ongoing therapy. Issues addressed include family conflict, marriage and/or relationship issues, divorce, parenting skills, adolescent issues, school/work concerns, behavior problems, grief and loss, abuse, self-esteem, depression, anxiety and other emotional concerns.

The service does not include a centralized triage function within the community or a formal relationship with the courts.   Alcohol & Drug Information School State-approved instruction fulfills legal requirements for individuals court-referred to attend an Alcohol Drug Information School (ADIS). The educational, 8-hour course provides students with valuable information about alcohol and other drugs. The course is designed to enhance responsible decision-making with regards to alcohol and other drug use. Students are encouraged to explore the effects of alcohol and other drug use on themselves, their families and their world.   DUI Evaluations Provides a court-ordered assessment of individuals who have been convicted of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol to evaluate the severity of their problem and make a recommendation to the court regarding appropriate treatment.   Outpatient Treatment Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires fewer than nine hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development). Length of service can be anywhere between six months to two years depending on the needs of the individual and/or court order.   Intensive Outpatient Treatment   Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires 9-20 hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development).   Counseling Provides counseling and mental health services to Apple Health (Medicaid) patients.
