Offers help to manage the transition to adulthood. Guides an "Options Plan" that focuses on three life areas: Housing, Education, and Employment. Participants can attend peer activities and groups, community events, and mental health therapy.

The Deaf Services program at Sound is a progressive and uniquely qualified program that brings together multi-disciplinary counseling professionals who are also specialists in working with Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deafblind, and late-deafened adults and children. Provides care for children, adolescent and young adults whose gender identity is different from their sex at birth and/or who do not identify with traditional definitions of male or female. Services include pubertal blockers, gender-affirming hormones, mental health support and readiness discussion.
