Advocates provide one-on-one support to survivors, community members and other callers, including information on safety planning, domestic violence education, connection with onsite programs and partners and warm service connections to other providers.

At YWCA Spokane, Domestic Violence Support Advocates work alongside adult survivors of intimate partner domestic violence. Offers safety planning, resource referrals, psychoeducation, and supportive listening. Individual advocacy: Domestic Violence Support Advocates are available on an individual basis through walk-in services and appointment-based services. Walk-in hours take place each week, on Monday mornings from 9am-noon at the main location, 930 N Monroe St, Spokane, WA 99201. Appointments are offered in-person, over the phone, or over Zoom. To make an appointment, please call 509-326-1190. Survivors may walk into the main location and schedule an appointment at the front desk if calling on the phone is not an option. Support group: Domestic Violence Support Advocates facilitate support group for adult survivors of intimate partner domestic violence each week on Wednesday from 4-5pm. Volunteers and advocates provide confidential domestic violence crisis intervention, safety checks, information, and referrals to local shelters. Offers increased services to deaf women with a Deaf Outreach Coordinator and several TTY lines.

Provides a confidential 24-hour crisis hotline for victims of sexual assault and crimes. Victim Advocates are available 24 hours a day to provide support, information, and referrals. Serves those who have been harmed as a result of crimes such as assault, robbery, child abuse, identity theft, arson, kidnapping, hate crimes, and human trafficking. Provides advocacy, individual counseling, support through the legal and criminal justice systems, information about abuse and assault, and referrals to other helpful programs. The Kittitas location also offers shelter and other services for victims of domestic violence.

Provides advocacy for any survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault . In person services for individuals living on Vashon Island. Helpline available to anyone living in King, Pierce or Kitsap counties. Support services include the following: -  Safety planning -  Online support group -  Legal advocacy

Offers support, advocacy, and information to those affected by an abusive intimate partner relationship or sexual assault. Abuse may be physical, emotional, and/or sexual. Services are available in Spanish, and translation is available for all other languages. Services are available to teens and children and outreach services available to rural communities.  Confidential shelter housing is available.

Offers a domestic violence crisis intervention hotline, confidential temporary housing, and advocacy services. Includes medical and legal support such as helping clients file protection and anti-harassment orders, accompanying them to medical appointments, legal consultations, and providing assistance with any interactions involving the criminal justice system. Additionally, provides educational outreach to the community.

Provides free crisis intervention and advocacy to victims of domestic and sexual violence via a 24-hour crisis line.

Provide crisis intervention, counseling, referrals to community resources for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.

Provides crisis intervention line, safe temporary housing for female domestic violence survivors and their children, as well as information and referral and group counseling for survivors of domestic and sexual violence and their families and friends. Sexual assault services include support, information and referral, and advocacy for people of all ages during medical exams and through the criminal justice system. Also provides legal advocacy services, including assistance with filing protection and anti-harassment orders, accompaniment to court proceedings, and legal referrals. There is a children's advocate who provides education about the cycle of domestic violence and provides childcare (with needs observation) during client appointments.

Provides general legal and cultural advocacy, emergency services, safety planning, secondary victim and survivor support, and community education for survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking.

Provides services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence, including safety planning, crisis intervention, advocacy, and educational services. Works with local programs to facilitate safety planning, provide transportation when needed, and assure the practice of culturally relevant services in local shelters. Weekly domestic violence support groups that are closed groups held off-site for confidentiality reasons. Free childcare is available.

Provides domestic violence and sexual assault client advocacy services, including community outreach and education, parent support and skills classes, crime support services, and safety planning for survivors.

Provides crisis intervention, counseling, referral to community resources and, when necessary, free transportation to the Confidential Safe Shelter. Offers support in order to provide opportunities for domestic violence victims to interact and discuss experiences and feelings.

Provides a 24-hour crisis line available to those who are in crisis as the result of domestic violence or sexual assault.

Advocacy for people who have been harmed by others, particularly victims of crime whether reported or not. Provides 24-hour crisis response; domestic violence emergency shelter. Advocacy-based counseling, social, medical, legal, advocacy, community education; information and referral for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, an other crimes. Domestic violence groups. Provides violence prevention education.

Provides services and resources to victims of domestic violence, including 24 hour crisis line, confidential domestic violence shelter, domestic violence advocacy, support groups, assistance with domestic violence protection orders, food, diapers, clothing, and an advocacy center for family and children with a therapist on site, which offers advocacy-based counseling services with focus on children who are victims of abuse. The staff and volunteers support victims to become survivors of abuse through counseling, shelter, medical and legal advocacy; and methods of prevention and self-preservation, if prevention is not an option.

Provides 24-hour Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, and Human-Trafficking crisis intervention/support and referral hotline.

Provides support to survivors of violence, abuse and crime. Serves victim survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, elder abuse, hate crime, identity theft and ALL other crimes. Also provides outreach, education and prevention programs. 24 hour emergency services are available by calling 1-844-509-SAFE (7233). Hospital response, emergency shelter for victims, advocacy, information and referrals.

Links callers to advocates who provide culturally and language specific information and assistance in accessing community resources. Assists clients with exploring options and in accessing a wide range of resources and services including the following: -  Obtaining protection orders -  Accompanying clients to meetings with lawyers -  Negotiating public assistance -  Searching for housing -  Assisting with job searches

Provides shelter, referrals, advocacy, and support for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Also offers special assistance for immigrant men and women, who are victims of domestic violence and don't speak English, with resources, such as: interpreters; safety planning; referrals to local services like child support and divorce issues; orders of protection; getting documentation of abuse, medical records, and filing police reports; violence against women act self-petition (VAWA) if the battered petitioner qualifies; networking with other agencies to coordinate services; and follow-up with all of the above.

Provides advocacy for any survivors of domestic violence.   Support services include the following:   -  Advocacy-based counseling -  Safety planning -  Legal advocacy -  Access to community resources   - Mobile advocacy for South King County clients - Mental Health Support: one-on-one on site therapist. May also include mental health counseling, assistance accessing low-cost/free immigration and other legal services, assistance with temporary/transitional housing, short-term financial assistance, support groups, economic empowerment, and short-term financial assistance.
