Programs offered: SWIFT Stabilization & Wellness in Families: Serves youth experiencing a mental health crisis who are at risk of hurting themselves or others. SWIFT offers intensive support for the family and youth to maintain safety at home, stabilizing the crisis, and reducing the need for hospitalization.
