Outpatient Treatment
Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires fewer than nine hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development). Length of service can be anywhere between six months to two years depending on the needs of the individual and/or court order.
Intensive Outpatient Treatment
Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires 9-20 hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development).
Provides MAT services for clients with opiate use disorder.
Accepts clients with Co-occurring disorders.
Agency provides state-certified service(s).

Outpatient Treatment offered at Puyallup Tribal Health Authority
Provides DUI assessments, inpatient and outpatient treatment for substance use disorder and problem gambling for both adults and youth who are connected to a federally recognized tribe. Can refer to NW Integrated Health for MAT services.
Adult Treatment Services
Provides outpatient drug and alcohol treatment to individuals. Outpatient offers one group session per week as well as individual counseling. Intensive Outpatient offers three group sessions per week as well as individual counseling.
Youth Treatment Services
Provides help for drug and alcohol abuse which is family-focused and consists of group and individual counseling.
Gambling Addiction
Offers treatment for problem gambling and treatment of pathological gambling through group and individual counseling.
Assessments
Assessment will present as a series of questions about individual's alcohol and/or drug use, medical or mental health issues, family and social environment, school and work, etc. The Chemical Dependency Professional will determine which treatment program is most suitable.
DUI Evaluations
Provides a court-ordered assessment of individuals who have been convicted of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol to evaluate the severity of their problem and make a recommendation to the court regarding appropriate treatment.
Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).

Students are encouraged to explore the effects of alcohol and other drug use on themselves, their families and their world.

WIC Program offered by Northeast Tri County Health District at NEW Health in Chewelah
Provides a nutrition program and food assistance for pregnant and postpartum people and infants and children under age 5. Offers breastfeeding peer support and breast pumps to WIC participants.
Provides a nutrition program and food assistance for pregnant and postpartum people and infants and children. Offers:
- Nutrition and health assessments and education
- Breastfeeding counseling and peer support
- Breast pumps
- Vouchers for specific nutritious foods
- Health screenings and referrals
- Referrals to other health and social programs
Monthly benefits are valued at approximately $150 for a family of two per month for nutritious foods.
Families can also use their WIC QR code to spend summer Farmers Market benefits and monthly Fruit and Vegetable benefits at approved farmers markets and farm stores. Participants can receive $30 of Farmers Market benefits, with a maximum of $90 per family.
