Provides outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services to youth. Provides specialized services, which may include psychological and substance use disorder assessments, individual, family, and group therapy, medication evaluation, medication management, and case management.

The Cowlitz Family Health Center Harm Reduction Program includes multiple wrap-around services to support the population that accesses the syringe exchange service including:  - 1:1 exchange of clean syringe equipment for used syringe equipment - Health education - Hepatitis C and HIV screening and referral for care - Family Planning, including birth control counseling, contraception (Depo Provera), emergency contraception, and pregnancy testing - Naloxone for overdose prevention - Wound care - Assistance in enrolling in Medicaid for qualified individuals - Referral for primary care, dental care, substance use disorder treatment, medication assisted treatment and community services

Provides assessments, individual and group treatment, DUI treatment monitoring, drug education classes, and drug court referrals and treatment. Also offers case management referrals to detoxification, inpatient treatment, and hospitals. Also, provides information and education to increase public awareness of the harmful effects of cigarette smoking, smokeless tobacco, and secondhand smoke.

Provides a community-based, family-focused multidisciplinary team of community stakeholders, providers, and advocates who aim to assist providers and families with complex behavioral health presentations, care coordination and case planning. Assists with tasks such as: - outpatient service recommendations, - care coordination needs, - behavioral management strategies, - safety planning strategies, - transitional planning, - discharge planning and family engagement strategies. The Community MDT will be held monthly on a set schedule for consultation regarding complex cases and behavioral health high utilizers.

Provides several helplines and treatment locator tools, including: - SAMHSA's National Helpline (Treatment Referral Routing Service): Provides confidential treatment referral and information about mental and/or substance use disorders, prevention, and recovery. - Disaster Distress Helpline: Connects callers to the nearest crisis center for information, support, and counseling to deal with the aftermath of natural or human-caused disasters. - Behavioral Health Treatment Services Locator: Lists alcohol, drug, and mental health treatment facilities and programs. - Opioid Treatment Program Directory: Lists programs that treat addiction and dependence on opioids. - Buprenorphine Physician & Treatment Program Locator: Lists physicians and treatment programs authorized to treat opioid dependency with buprenorphine. - Talk They Hear You mobile app helps coach adults for difficult conversations about drugs, alcohol, and mental health with the youths in their lives

Provides help to veterans in accessing VA and community services. Services may include short-term case management, onsite primary care, access to medical, mental health, and substance abuse treatment, and access to VA housing programs, including Grant and Per Diem program, HUD/VASH, Veterans Recovery House and Supportive Service for Veteran Families (SSVF) if found eligible. These grants do not provide immediate assistance, are sometimes one-time, and may include case management. Help with finding market rate or subsidized housing or linkage to community housing programs. Assistance with expediting VA Benefit claims and access to employment programs such as Supported Employment, Veterans Reintegration program, and State employment. Access to computers, clothing, and hygiene items is available onsite.
