Operates a peer support phone service and suicide prevention helpline for trans people who are experiencing a crisis. This includes those who may be struggling with or questioning their gender identity. Offers emotional support as well as information and referral. Hotline is staffed exclusively by trans identified volunteers. Also provides peer support for friends, partners, family members and professionals supporting trans loved ones and community members.

Provides short-term crisis counseling, referral to local resources, and emergency intervention for youth and parents through a national hotline. Problems routinely dealt with include, but are not limited to, family conflicts, suicide, pregnancy, abuse, running away from home and alcohol/drug addictions.

The Coffee Oasis Youth Text Line is part of the Crisis Intervention Program with The Coffee Oasis. The Youth Text Line provides confidential and compassionate support for youth in crisis. Team members text with any youth (aged 13-25) to guide them towards support and resources.  Assists youth dealing with a wide range of issue including, but not limited to: homelessness, release from detention or hospital, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, abuse in relationships, suicidal thoughts, and other crises.

Operates the only nationwide 24-hour, toll-free suicide prevention and crisis intervention hotline dedicated to the needs of LGBTQ youth and young adults. Additionally offers a safe, nonjudgmental place to talk through chat and text. Trevor Support Center provides online information about preventing suicide as well as answers to questions unique to LGBTQ youth and young adults.

Offers job training specifically designed to meet the needs of youth aged 18-24 who are experiencing homelessness. Cool Water Painters embraces youth entering the program with a supportive and compassionate community, empowering youth through a cohort-style learning environment where peer-to-peer motivation and program attachment stimulate individual and team development within a social enterprise business model.

Provides a confidential text-for-support service for youth in crisis. This service is intended to assist with issues revolving around abuse, bullying, family problems, depression, and/or suicidal thoughts. Counselors provide support via text messages.

Provides a helpline offering free, confidential support and resources to youth and young adults with concerns about their own or a friend’s sexual thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Operates a confidential and anonymous phone line that youth can call to talk about issues such as peer pressure, trouble at home, drug abuse, stress, bullying, depression, suicidal thoughts, problems in relationships and others. Refers callers to additional resources for ongoing support.

Offering a community outreach event with clothing, shoes, hygiene items, haircuts, food bank, employment services, SNAP and EBT assistance, Veterans assistance, volunteer lawyers, youth services, housing and mental health assessments, mail services, and a hot lunch.

Trained teen volunteers offer anonymous, non-judgmental support to teens dealing with difficult issues such as stress, school pressure, relationships, rumors, dating, gay/lesbian/bisexual issues, sex and STDs, drugs and alcohol and other challenges. Teens can connect over the phone through instant messaging, email, or may post questions anonymously on the website bulletin board.

Provides a safe space that is anonymous and confidential where young callers can speak on many different issues and concerns such as - Coming out issues - Gender and/or sexuality identities - Relationship concerns - Bullying - Isolation - Anxiety at School - Family Issues - HIV/AIDS concerns - Safer sex information - Suicide Staffed by highly trained volunteers who identify somewhere on the LGBTQ spectrum. Volunteers are supplied with an LGBTQ resource database in the US (www.LGBTNEARME. ORG) for those who are seeking additional support and ways to connect with their local community. Operates two chatrooms, one for LGBT-identifying teens and one for trans-identifying teens. Chat rooms have dedicated moderators to safe guard each room.

Provides a crisis intervention line. Additionally provides support and referrals around such topics as dealing with bad test grades, running away from home, homelessness, a recent breakup, depression, anxiety, bullying, pregnancy, self-harm, or substance use disorders.

Offers a nightly confidential help line and an online chat service for teens, staffed by professionally trained youth, ages 15-20.   Help line and chat service offer youth an anonymous, non-judgmental, safe place to vent anger, express fears and anxieties, seek comfort and support, and obtain information about community resources. Teen Link works with the Recovery Help Line to provide emotional support and referrals to youth dealing with substance abuse, problem gambling, or mental health needs across Washington state. Publishes the annual Where to Turn for Teens youth resource guide. Copies may be requested by completing an online request form on the Teen Link website.
