Youth outreach workers work with disconnected youth (12-24 years old) who are homeless, runaway, or high-risk.  Workers help connect the youth with needed services such as shelter, food, clothing, health care, employment, parenting classes, training, counseling, support groups, and alternative schools. Advocates provide case management and follow-up services at an individualized pace. May also offer assistance in preparing and filing CHINS petitions for emancipation of minors.

Students having difficulty attending school, completing homework, with social interactions or behavior are eligible to work with family support advocate. The advocate assists with tutoring, communication between school and home, and works with the parents to come up with a plan to help their child succeed in school.

HFCC victim services include DV support group, domestic violence and sexual assault support and crisis intervention, advocacy, legal advocacy, emergency and transitional housing. HFCC also provides support, advocacy, intervention and legal advocacy to victims of general crime.

There is a children's advocate who provides education about the cycle of domestic violence and provides childcare (with needs observation) during client appointments.
