Offers one-to-one exchange of clean syringe equipment, along with health education, wound care, and naloxone for overdose prevention. Includes Hepatitis C and HIV screening with referral for care, family planning services such as birth control counseling, contraception (Depo-Provera), emergency contraception, and pregnancy testing. Also helps with Medicaid enrollment and provides referrals for primary care, dental care, substance use disorder treatment, medication-assisted treatment, and other community services.

Offers free, confidential testing for HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, hepatitis C, and syphilis, as well as free treatment for chlamydia and gonorrhea. PrEP Navigation and insurance enrollment also offered.

Primary Care Medical Clinic serving low income patients and uninsured individuals as well as insured, specializing in prevention health, maternity, and management of chronic disease. Services can include: - physical exams - immunizations and flu shots - acute care - smoking cessation - testing and treatment for tuberculosis, hepatitis, HIV and other diseases - insurance guiding and support - referrals to specialty care - laboratory services and testing - provider on-call for after-hour needs - minor procedures: - IUD placement, skin biopsy, sutures, etc. - breast and cervical health screening including pap smears - family planning partner with Planned Parenthood of Western WA - Social Work.

Laboratory services are available.  Also offers diabetes education. Refers to specialty, laboratory and diagnostic testing services and treatment when appropriate. Pharmacy services including mail order refills is available on site at all locations, except Renton.
