Provides confidential screening, treatment and counseling for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV.   Family Planning & Women's Health Primary medical care providers, family medicine pregnancy care physicians, and midwives provide a number of reproductive health and women’s health care, including: -  Birth control counseling and prescriptions -  Regular gynecological exams -  Pregnancy testing -  Sexual health   Gender-affirming Care Medical care providers can prescribe and help patients manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for female to male and male to female. They can also make referrals to transition-related services including gender confirmation surgeries and non-surgical services such as hair removal.

Case management, as part of Spokane Regional Health District's HIV/STI Services program, is a confidential, client-centered process that links HIV-positive individuals to services to ensure timely, coordinated access to medically appropriate levels of health and supportive services.

Provides confidential services for at-risk people of all genders.  Services include diagnosis, treatment, prevention, education, PrEP and partner referrals. HIV/AIDS program includes anonymous and confidential testing and counseling.
