A prevention program serving underprivileged youth ages 13-25 in Spokane, WA. Provides the community with exceptional service by training chemically dependent and at-risk youth to be positive, functional and empowered citizens through music, sports, nutrition and education, providing them with a voice that may have been once unheard.
