Provides outpatient mental health counseling as well as Wraparound Intensive services for children (WISe). Wraparound with Intensive Services, or WISe, is an approach to helping children, youth, and their families with intensive mental health care. Services are available in home and community settings and offer a system of care based on the individualized need of the child or youth.

Develops an individualized care plan, based on strengths and needs that respect the family's culture, values, norms, and preferences. Provides crisis intervention services to established clients, including face-to-face interventions at the location where the crisis occurs.
