Provides various programs to assist families and individuals struggling with housing. Programs include eviction prevention rent assistance, rental deposit, transitional housing, motel vouchers, Section 8 vouchers, and Housing Related Coordinated Entry.

Provides various housing programs for families and individuals to assist with things like affordable housing, eviction prevention, emergency shelter, housing support, homelessness diversion, and more. Housing and Essential Needs Offers financial and non-cash assistance to low-income adults unable to work for at least 90 days due to a physical or mental disability. Assistance can include help with housing, like rent or deposits, and essential items such as toiletries, hygiene products, and bus passes.

Provides help to veterans in accessing VA and community services. Services may include short-term case management, onsite primary care, access to medical, mental health, and substance abuse treatment, and access to VA housing programs, including Grant and Per Diem program, HUD/VASH, Veterans Recovery House and Supportive Service for Veteran Families (SSVF) if found eligible. These grants do not provide immediate assistance, are sometimes one-time, and may include case management. Help with finding market rate or subsidized housing or linkage to community housing programs. Assistance with expediting VA Benefit claims and access to employment programs such as Supported Employment, Veterans Reintegration program, and State employment. Access to computers, clothing, and hygiene items is available onsite.

Provides crisis intervention line, safe temporary housing for female domestic violence survivors and their children, as well as information and referral and group counseling for survivors of domestic and sexual violence and their families and friends. Sexual assault services include support, information and referral, and advocacy for people of all ages during medical exams and through the criminal justice system. Also provides legal advocacy services, including assistance with filing protection and anti-harassment orders, accompaniment to court proceedings, and legal referrals. There is a children's advocate who provides education about the cycle of domestic violence and provides childcare (with needs observation) during client appointments.

Coastal Community Action Program offers a limited transitional housing program that assist homeless families achieve self-sufficiency and a limited rental assistance program.

Operates a shelter for youth adults with beds, meals, showers, and clothing. Provides case management and support to help young adults access permanent housing. Serves as the coordinated entry access point for youth. Offers clients: - Independent Living Skills: Financial literacy, tenant rights, and job readiness are taught through our Life Enrichment Program. - Housing Support: Assistance with housing applications, lease signing, move-in deposits, and securing low-income housing options. - Employment and Education Resources: Partnerships with Spokane Community College, Job Corps, and local trade programs provide access to training and job opportunities. - Health and Wellness Advocacy: On-site behavioral health clinicians and street medicine teams ensure participants receive compassionate, coordinated care. - Family Reunification: Personalized plans help participants rebuild relationships with loved ones when possible.

Provides those that helps those ages 16 to 24 connect with: - housing support, referrals and resources, and that includes Coordinated Entry for youth in that age range (anyone aged 13-24 who is not with a parent), - education and employment services, - legal advocacy and representation, - LGBTQ+ community support and resources, - shelters and community resources, - physical and mental health support and referrals, - career development planning, - public assistance connection, - mental health and substance use counseling. Also operates a drop in center where youth between the ages of 12 and 24. Open space offers help and support to youth and young adults who may be experiencing homelessness.

Hosts a drop-in resource center for homeless and at-risk youth ages 12 to 24. Allows youth to: - socialize, - get food, clothing and hygiene supplies, - talk confidentially with outreach workers, - get crisis counseling and crisis intervention, - access community resource information about education, legal advice, housing, employment, substance abuse, mental health, physical health and any other issue that they require assistance with. Workers advocate for participants to help them receive services. Showers available on-site for participants. Showers have accommodations for people with disabilities including a rail, bench, and small ramp for access.

Provides telephone and in-person screening and assessment for households who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Telephone screenings are provided for emergency shelter (men's, women's, couples, and families) and severe weather shelter. Households are assessed for eligibility for housing programs (rapid re-housing, transitional, and permanent supportive), as well as diversion programs.

Each household has a private room but shares the kitchen, living area, and restrooms with the other residents. Case management services are available during shelter stay. 2.  Supportive Housing: Two year housing and case management services for adults with disabilities. 3.  Also offers limited rental assistance to households facing eviction. Goldendale Shelter and Transitions Program offers: -  Shelter: For homeless individuals or families who have an attachment to Goldendale, a 1-3 day motel voucher can be provided as temporary crisis intervention.   -  Transitional Housing: Similar to the Guided Path Program, Goldendale's scattered site transitional housing program offers intense case management for families with minor children. -  Rental Assistance: Limited funds are available to help households that are in danger of being evicted for not paying their rent.    Skamania County Homeless Housing Program offers:   -  Shelter: the Skamania County Shelter offers a 3 to 30 day stay in a five bedroom facility. Case management services are available while at the Shelter. -  Transitional Housing: Similar to the programs at Guided Path and Goldendale, the Skamania County program provides 2 years of residential stability, individualized plans and goals, and case management. -  Rental Assistance: Limited funds are available to help households that are in danger of being evicted for not paying their rent.

Administers the first point of entry for those who are currently homeless or at risk of becoming homeless to get assistance with their housing condition. Provides various programs, including the Coordinated Entry System. Services may include assistance finding housing, eviction prevention/rental assistance, rental deposit, transitional housing. Offers a program for homeless youth ages 12-24, specially designed for youth between 12-24 who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Legal assistance is also available. Provides a standardized access, assessment, and referral process for housing and other services, such as case management, housing stability plan, legal assistance, and referrals to emergency or permanent housing. Placement in a program is dependent on funding and program availability.
