Women’s Hearth is a drop-in day center in downtown Spokane–a safe space for women who have experienced poverty, trauma and/or homelessness to find a “hearth” of welcome, respect, and community. Women’s Hearth provides activities, classes, social service referrals and housing-search case management in a compassionate and supportive environment 5 days a week. Participants also have access to phones, computers, internet, healthy food, hygiene supplies, and showers.

Provides a drop in center that assists with food, clothing, diapers, showers, hygiene items, pet food, laundry facilities, bus fare, and temporary mailing addresses. Advocates are available to help connect individuals to community resources. Offers limited financial assistance in obtaining ID, storage fees, utility and phone bills, and rental applications. Also, provides outdoor gear when available. No overnight shelter or rental assistance.

Operates a drop-in center for young adults experiencing homelessness. Provides food, clothing, laundry, ADA-accessible showers and hygiene supplies as well as mail, phone services and computer usage. We provide some programming such as but not limited to, art programming, employment & education support, and access to Case Management.

Operates a homeless youth engagement center with both day and night services. Offers: - Warm meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (do not have to be shelter resident for meals) - Hygiene supplies including lockers, showers, laundry, and clothing - Day shelter beds - Case managers who work with young people to reduce barriers and set goals for long-term housing - Onsite mental health counseling - Overnight shelter - Youth cooling center during heat advisories.

Operates a daytime resource center connecting individuals with hygiene services, vital social services (medical and mental health care), and an overflow shelter during inclement weather and short-term emergencies. Serves as a services hub for other homeless service agencies and medical providers. Offers daytime sheltering, including phone charging stations, a clothing closet, bathrooms, showers, and laundry. Hosts Navigators (Peer Counselors) who work one-on-one with individuals to advocate and navigate services, such as medical, mental health, substance use, and housing. This assistance includes help applying for benefits, replacing identification documents, signing up for healthcare, finding doctors or treatment, and exploring housing options.

Drop-In Center & Resources: The drop-in center provides teens and young adults a safe place to stay during the day to do homework, play games, socialize, work on personal goals or employment, or relax. Young people can also get a hot meal, talk to a caseworker, and get help with resources such as bus tickets or access to showers and laundry facilities. Arcadia staff can also provide referrals to employment training, educational assistance, mental health and substance use counseling, and other services. Operates as a cooling center during weather advisories. Overnight Emergency Shelter: The drop-in center transforms into an overnight emergency shelter where young adults are encouraged to have a hot meal, do laundry, play video games, relax, and get some sleep in a warm and safe environment.

Also offers case management, homework club and tutoring workshops, and information or referral to other community resources.

Provides restrooms, showers and laundry facilities, with soap for laundry and showers. Also distributes limited toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving cream, lotion and combs, as well as diapers, when available.   May have pet food for clients who have a dog or a cat. Also provides general and housing-specific information and referral services; including:   -  Information on accessing emergency, transitional and permanent housing, including subsidized housing options -  Assistance with applications for housing in the downtown Seattle area

A peer led day program to support our unhoused or recently housed community members in a safe, homelike space. Offers space to speak to peer counselors, enjoy snacks/coffee, navigation to services, group meditation, art and music and community celebrations.

Provides homeless single adults have a safe place to sleep. Services include: 3 meals daily, shower access, laundry, lockers, housing location/counseling, weekly onsite medical and behavioral health treatment, medical respite program, and limited transportation to and from downtown Port Angeles. The shelter can accommodate well-behaved pets, emotional or service animals, and adult couples. Shelter in place is activated during "Blue Flag" extreme weather conditions.

Offers shelter for up to 30 days for men 18 years and older, along with two hot and hearty meals daily, hot showers and laundry room, barber services, a wellness clinic, spiritual encouragement, life coaching, referrals, and long-tern life-transformation programs.

Oasis Centers are "full service" youth centers serving street and homeless youth. The youth centers provide services such as shower, laundry, food, clothes and hygiene products.

Operates a drop-in center for homeless adults. Offers navigation assistance for housing resources and case management. Limited bus tickets available. Free Wi-Fi and local phone usage. Operation meal service supplies two meals lunch and dinner M-F, Saturday dinner only. Can sometimes offer transportation assistance to re-unite individuals to family. A medical doctor visits the center three days per week to assist with wound care, consultation and referrals for medical care. Serves as a cooling center during hot weather. Drop In and overnight shelter services operate 24 hours a day, providing a safe and supportive environment for clients. During the day, individuals have access to meals, hygiene and laundry facilities, and dedicated case management. They can also connect with mental health and healthcare providers and access education and employment support services. In addition to these essential resources, we offer emotional and social support through peer-led therapeutic activities. Clients engage in various self-care and skill-building activities, including video games as a form of relaxation, creative arts for self-expression, and life skills training such as cooking, financial literacy, and shared responsibilities like maintaining the shelter space. At night, each client is provided with a private sleeping area, complete with a bed, lamp, and secure storage for their personal belongings, ensuring they have a safe and comfortable space to rest.

Provides an enhanced shelter and day center for men in need. Offers lunch, dinner, hygiene facility, computer access and more. Once day center is closed, building is only open to shelter clients. Opens increased capacity during severe weather.

Offers laundry and shower facilities for adults of all genders; no children. Provides towels and toiletries such as razors, shampoo, deodorant, toothbrushes and soap. Also offers coffee service and a hot meal. Serves as a cooling/warming center.

Provides emergency drop-in support services for Native clients.   Services include the following:   - Advocacy/case management - Emergency clothing - Nursing services - Assessment and referral to drug and alcohol treatment - Cultural programming - Applications and questions regarding DSHS benefits, as well as BIA (Bureau of Indian Affairs) benefits. Also provides a place for clients to socialize, watch television, and participate in Native cultural activities. Offers Native arts and craft sessions weekly. Operates as a cooling center during weather advisories.

Operates a shelter for youth adults with beds, meals, showers, and clothing. Provides case management and support to help young adults access permanent housing. Serves as the coordinated entry access point for youth. Offers clients: - Independent Living Skills: Financial literacy, tenant rights, and job readiness are taught through our Life Enrichment Program. - Housing Support: Assistance with housing applications, lease signing, move-in deposits, and securing low-income housing options. - Employment and Education Resources: Partnerships with Spokane Community College, Job Corps, and local trade programs provide access to training and job opportunities. - Health and Wellness Advocacy: On-site behavioral health clinicians and street medicine teams ensure participants receive compassionate, coordinated care. - Family Reunification: Personalized plans help participants rebuild relationships with loved ones when possible.
